Seems like they want to be premium "no bartering, no discounts", and that's fine although they seem to have forgotten they're in Longsight. Nonetheless, recommended, and would go again.

This company is absolutely vile and I genuinely regret ever giving them my money. Please avoid these people at all costs!!!!!

I paid for brand new sofas and what turned up was disgraceful. They arrived absolutely filthy, they stunk so badly, and one of the buttons was missing. It was disgusting, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable.

I contacted them straight away to get the missing button fixed, and ever since then it has been nothing but lies, excuses, and delay after delay. Every single time I have contacted them, I get the same pathetic response “another 3 weeks.” That has been repeated over and over again, and now we have waited a total of 5 months. 5 months, and they are still messing us around.

They do not care once they have your money. Their customer service is a complete joke. They just keep lying, fobbing people off, and hoping you will eventually give up. It is beyond unprofessional it is dishonest.

The sofas arrived in terrible, terrible condition, smelled awful, were dirty, and had parts missing. Then instead of putting it right, they dragged this out for months with false promises and constant nonsense. I have never dealt with such a useless and unreliable company.

I would not recommend them to anyone under any circumstances. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself guys please avoid !!
